Really pathetic service from the skyloong, it's been 14 days where I've ordered new screens because of this defective one, I did it with the express shipping order and its not even posted. It doesn't even make sense with the SLA that Skyloong had committed on their website (3-5 days). Really disappointed and pissed off with the service and response from the team.
I hope the company will reflect on the service.
Sorry for the bad experience, the parcel was delivered within two days and arrived at the logistic warehouse. They shipped your order out delayed because they changed several shipping channels to coordinate the product and India customs policy. For this inconvenience, we already refunded the express shipping fee to you and emailed you the DHL tracking number last day. Please kindly check your email box.🙂
