I LOVE how in recent years some super hero movies have been allowed to be genres other than action, that happen to star super heros! This is why comics are loved!

I agree the movie is not bad, I like all the characters, even Magik and Mirage, plus the movie is better than Dark Phoenix, and I would like to see all the characters in deadpool 3 and come to the MCU.
Imagine how good this could have been if Boone had been allowed to finish it properly. I would be really happy if we could see this cast again as X-Force.

Even before the making of this movie, when people found out that Anya would play as Magik, that hyped up people into watching this movie. And seeing a horror-theme Marvel movie is interesting. This is perhaps one of my favorite Marvel movie, the others on the top of my lists are "Days of Future Past" and "Endgame" because of time travel. I just wished they have also made this Horror Theme in the Marvel special "Werewolf by Night".
I'm fond of this movie and still put it on pretty often. With the setting being a medical ward that has psych ward feel, all you care about are the characters presented. There are no "save the world" elements. All the characters are tragic. I've been in and out of psych wards when I was younger and the setting gives me some nostalgia. Probably odd to say... Lol...
loved this rewatch series, please don’t let it end and do the other fox marvel films (daredevil, elektra, the fantastic four films) as we might see some of these characters in deadpool & wolverine as well
Mutant X was not given a chance. I am so glad that it’s to be honest with you that it’s available to stream because I definitely think it’s gonna find its audience. I didn’t, but the characters are awesome they did it. They did a good job also once again as long as the studios, don’t keep sticking my hands and stuff it probably would’ve been one of the better ones to date.
Yep, but I wouldn't even say colorism. That would mean they still cast Afro-Latinos, which is not the case. Both Cecilia and Roberto whitewashed in the same film is crazy. Not to talk of Josh Boone's antiblack reasoning behind Henry Zaga's casting
This is a fine comic book film with a cool tone and ideas. Joy nailed it and Hope Magik comes back for Deadpool And Wolverine. Excited for Deadpool And Wolverine and hope to get McKellen's Magneto, Stewart's Xavier, OB And Peters' Quicksilver.
Would love to see a Mike Flanagan treatment of the original idea. Not to say Josh Boon can’t do it, but Flanagan has such an eye for interpersonal drama masquerading as horror.
I watched this around the time I was midway through reading the original run and I actually really liked and appreciated this movie even though it woulda been better with some changes
TNM was one of my fav, love how these characters are portrayed, the darks offset with the awesome looking powers, would love to see all of them brought into the MCU
Warlock was supposed to be in the sequel, which was supposed to be cosmic horror, and the second sequel was supposed to have the father of sunspot. Antonio Banderas was supposed to play dad.

Right this moment I thought to myself what if Johnny Cochran put a blow dryer on the leather glove before having OJ try it on. Did a google and it turns out you can shrink a glove that way. I know this has nothing to do with the video but I just couldn't leave it unsaid.

It REALLY wasn't a bad movie. Not great but unique. Definitely better then Dark Phoenix or Apocalypse for me. Also...HUSH... has scarred me for life. I can't stand silence because of it. 😂
The wolfdog "Chuck" also appeared in the 2018 film, "Alpha". Which starred Kodi Smit-McPhee, who played the young Nightcrawler in Apocalypse and Dark Pheonix.
I love this movie and really hope these character come back. Magik is such an awesome character and anya taylor joy is sitting on a gold mine of how much story there is to tell with magik I hope we see more

I hope they still cast him as sinister but also you don't know that we're not going to get the goblin queen ark they still might pull it we don't know how they're going to twist this
This movie was only X-Men adjacent, but ATJ is the perfect casting for magik. Possibly one of the best casting choices ever.

Everyone talks about ATJ but Maisie WIlliams was even better as Wolfsbane in it if you ask me.

Now that I've seen the animated series and know these characters a bit better, I really need to rewatch this movie.
This film is in the middle of my list. It’s a lot better than Last Stand, Age of Apocalypse, Wolverine: Origins, and the Dark Phoenix.

I rewatched it the other week because the first time I didn't really pay attention. It's a pretty good movie.
I thought this movie was good as hell and fresh take for mutant characters.
