Dry down (I'm at 4 hours after applying right now) its slightly sweet, slightly spicy and woody. Not projecting much, but it's there. Nothing ground breaking. Will probably improve with maturation. It's very nice for the price, as long as you don't have a bunch of other sweet creamy scent profiles on hand already. I've been running into this a lot though- have a couple hundred scents now, and while the descriptions sound different and unique, very few of them are...
Nice review george IMO French Avenue Liquid Brun just the best after COPing all 3: 1. projects like a MOFO 2. It last 12hours+ on my skin and this Liquid Brun lasted 1 week on my hoodie i got the real althair but i love Liquid Brun more

Liquid Brun has been hovering around $40-$45 since Black Friday. I just ordered Liquid Brun from Frag Buy on Boxing Day, with a "buy one get one half off" and 10% off coupon, for $30 shipped. I also got Fragrance World Legion for $25...best Oajan clone, on the BOG50% deal. Finally had to pull the trigger on LB, especially since Legion has been so hard to find for the last 6 months.

I have been hearing great things about Monarque and here in US everybody saying Liquid Brun is clone of the year . I am sick of the hype , and not going to be one of the sheep and buy it like half the world . I took a chance , and bought Monarque for only $35 on a site in the US .
There is a new Althair clone getting a ton of buzz . It is from Armaf from their Lion's Club line and called Monarque . Would be a great one to add to battle . In the US ,price of Liquid Brun has dropped a bit to $40 .

Glad I did by your comments and found it for only $35 . Surprised you said quality a bit better because reviewers acting like Liquid Brun best clone in history !
Ard Al Zaafran is amazing.... it lasts around 11 hours on my skin. Well worth it compared to the overpriced Liquid Brun which isn't worth the premium,.
