I worked as an insurance adjuster and I can confirm those types of conversations happen daily sometimes. People are horribly violent over the phone . I had a mental breakdown on the job
That is really unfortunate, but on the other side, insurance adjusters can be some of the meanest, accusatory aholes I have ever met. They are great when you're buying insurance but when you need to make a claim...whoa...it can be brutal.

I’m a Finn and saunas are huge part of our culture. Back in the day, they were the first thing to be built for a new house. People were born there, and washed for the grave there. Sauna was a holy place and traces of that still exists in how we bathe in sauna. Each sauna was believed to have a spirit (saunahaltija, more commonly saunatonttu these days) and if you don’t respect them they could they could kill you or burn the sauna down.
So to the lady in the story: you have disrespected the sauna spirit with your poor behaviour and the spirit will skin you alive next time.

Employers deduct income taxes from their employees before payment, so they deducted their whole paycheck as "taxes"

In response to the person posting about rude lady in the sauna who took up the space of five people and then parted on her way out, asking, "Who does that?" A miserable person (who's also clearly very entitled) who both hates herself and her life and has to make other people as miserable as she is. That's who.
It's going to be a beautiful and concerning episode. To be fair that sums up a lot of your episodes but the way you do it is what makes it beautiful if I'm being honest.

I went to the movies with my mum a few days ago to watch Wish (beautiful movie, really) but the entitled people sitting behind us thought it was a good idea to turn on their phone's flashlight for a solid 5 minutes and to repeatedly kick my mum's seat... I swear, some people are simply uncivilised

The mental gymnastics required to jump from the end of one story immediately to the beginning of the next with no break, or words, or pauses, makes this video hard to follow.
You should find something that clearly delineates the finish to one story, and not leaving one lost the first couple of sentences of the next story.
Pauses...short, but a mental paragraph would be appreciated.
The first story sounds really fake. It is hard to believe someone was able to make such a perfect one liner while heated at your sister for trying to be a homewrecker.
It's a awesome story to read regardless

I don't believe that insurance story at all. No way she said that to the idiot. Also you can just disconnect the call when someone hurls abuse or expletives at you. That's why it's recorded also.
