A new follower from Nigeria. Thank you so much for being able to finally face this and PEN this, there are so many people (young people esp*) on this table, me included. We shall keep up hope in the love of God as he alone can continuously remind us of who he has made us to be.

I really needed this today, and everything you said resonated with where I am at today and what I have struggled with at different points in my life. Thank you for reminding me I am not alone, and that the pinnacle of my existence is based on Him. I’ve actually been working on a lie series of poems, where I take a lie I have believed and combat it with God’s word. I really want to get back to it.

I cried a lot. I'm a liar. :) I could even fake my emotions, I've been like this since I was a kid. I'm having a hard time changing it. It hurts when you did your best to please other people but in the end, no one stayed and they even betrayed you. :) All I could thank for is that my parents introduced God to me. He was there for me in my rough times, when I was depressed and cried every single night with a pillow on my face so that I could hide my scream and sadness from everyone.
You are beautiful, smart, and bright but then again sometimes we believe what our mind tells us and sometimes the most toxic person we have is ourselves. Hopefully you are having better days a year later 👍
This is so powerful! I've whispered all of those same lies, and have allowed the opinions of others to affect my performance.. I'm currently trying to overcome stage freight.. I was given a spot light in my church to prophetically speak into the life of the congregation through spoken word poetry, but every time I'm up there my insecurities grip my heart and whisper defeat in my ears.. I have a story that only I can tell and there are so many that can relate to what I've been through. Do you have any pointers for someone like me? Either way, could you pray for me?
I know it's been a year now. But I am praying for God to give you a special grace to overcome your insecurities and fears so His light can shine through you and His glory can be made manifested and seen through you. Amen and Amen.
I'm waiting patiently for new stuff to be added, I'm limited at this point and would like to know more about you. More so your soul and heart for Jesus. Your respond is not needed, honestly I wouldn't believe it was you. The road is narrow which means the people are few, I hope your for real and not another phonie fake snake spreading Pharisee yeast.
