Greetings, I have a 2TB Seagate Backup Plus hard drive, plugged in to my personal Computer, not long after that, I have found some Files missing from a particular Folder, and once I have left the Folder and enter again to check if the Files were still there, the Folder itself became "inaccessible", so I ran chkdsk /r in an attempt to repair errors in the Drive, , after chkdsk comleted, the huge Folder is accessible but data went missings, but the overall storage space remained almost the same to what I have remembered, after that, I ran chkdsk once again without further options (on a read-only mode scan), but the Folder still was missing, it is quite an urgent matter, so can anyone here assist me with this problem, please? Thanks in advance.

I HAVE THE Macbook mid 2013 version in which I have faced unexpected issue in which the MacBook when started was showing a blinking folder with a question mark and was not able to boot when you go to the recovery option there is no SSD which is being detected by the computer I had visited the Apple service centre they had checked the SSD by putting it into another laptop where did not work and when they had put another SSD it to my laptop it was booting successfully so as per them they said that the SSD has to be it has to be changed but there is a big issue regarding the data inside which I want to recover I wanted to confirm which of your product will suit best in this case and how can I use it buy and how to use it
