I was there in Berkley same day. I got some great videos as well. Loved this performance I had never heard the song before and It stayed with me for days after the show. So hauntingly beautiful.

The song is in 6/8, but the bass can be notated as 4/4, indeed. This song is simpler than it seems, actually. The chords are just D, F#m and A (and an E at the end). The strangeness is mostly created by Jonny, who adds a lot of dissonance with his instrument (an Ondomo, which imitates an Ondes Martenot).
