Same! I think On the Verge is their best song, imo. It's just fantastic thru and thru and the added "phonk" gives it a unique tone that's just a bonus to their sound. Loved that touch and I think that's part of the reason it's at the top of my list.
Such a refreshing feel with this intro. Loving it!

They've definitely cooked the Spotify algorithm. Every single time a radio plays, they're the first band that plays. Really cool band but their streaming numbers are juiced to hell.

Show Me The Body by Dealer is a pretty good song. Not as good as their old stuff but it's not bad by any means.

Met Buster at a show when they were opening for invent animate and he told me about the Spite and Bodysnatcher tour before it was announced. I was already waiting in anticipation but now with this song released Im even more excited.

I was hesitant to say “This is instantly my favourite Thrown song”, but since you’ve said it, I feel allowed to say it, because holy sh*t it’s not ‘wall of noise’ kind of heavy, there’s space for everything to get it’s time to shine, guitar/synths/drums aren’t overpowering each other, but it’s that consistent head pounding sound, and it just works so well
Everything Is Quiet Now by Knocked Loose just goes incredibly hard ⛽️

Thrown are phenomenal ! Never fail to deliver insane tracks. For those who wants more check out TEETH and their latest EP A Biblical Worship of Violence which dropped already almost a year back but i feel a lot of ppl missed this insane release and one of my favorite song of last year ''EyesHornsMouth''.
Maybe I’m off here, but they just sound like knock off Alpha Wolf to me. Plus I resent them for always popping up on my spotify radio. I don’t dislike their sound but I think it’s similar to the heat Bad Omens used to get for sounding like BMTH
It makes no sense to me how such a generic sounding band has blown up so much. Something doesn’t add up with their Spotify numbers
All I know is Demi Lovato posted a story on her IG with one of the Thrown songs so I think that was one of the main reasons why they blew up with only just a couple releases at that point. They’re simple but they’re a good head banging band though. I discovered them and Half Me last year and Half Me has a similar sound but with more guitar work that I find I like more.
Well they do "generic" very well and they scratch that itch for aggressive music perfectly. No wonder they're crushing it.
