Maine October 2022 - Clifton and Bangor

October 12-16, 2022.
Stayed at a vrbo on Mill Lane in Clifton, ME
First day: Drive up. Arrival at house, canoe ride, dinner of chicago pizza and spinach salad, fire by the pond.
Second day: Cinnamon toast crunch pancakes made by dad. Hike to top of Chick Hill/Peaked Mountain. Meetup with Aunt Denise and Joan in Bangor at Fielder's Choice for ice cream. Trip to Stephen King's house and the drain that inspired It; walk around that neighborhood. Stop at Mason's Brewing in Brewer on the river, walk on riverfront. Watched Mr. Harrington's Phone, Stephen King's new movie, that night.
Third day: Breakfast at home, muffins from Joan and random things. Rainy day, so a trip to Bangor and shopping at Bull Moose. Lunch at Aunt Denise's with Joan, Uncle Jim, Peter and Parinaz. Drive up to Orono and a stop at Marsh Island Brewing for beer; played connect four. Stop at Hannaford's in Old Town for crackers and cheese. Light dinner. Played setback.
Fourth Day: Breakfast at home. Hike to Parks Pond Bluff across from the house, and view of the cabin. Meetup with Joan at Treworgy Farms in Levant for a corn maze, ice cream and donut shopping. Stop at Aunt Denise's for tea and pie and gingerbread. Went to Airline Brewing in Amherst, had food and beer, and played darts. Watched The babysitter.
Fifth day: Breakfast at home - toast and donuts. Pack up. Walk around the neighborhood. Stop at Aunt Denise's to see everyone. Drive home, with a lunch stop at Banded Brewing in Biddeford, ME
