Interesting. So it is a scissor lift attatched to the zylinder. By what factor does it reduce the capacity of the zylinder?
length of stroke can be extended x 2 without changing cylinder and also can be increased buckling load of the cylinder rod, require low design space .that is all .design is depend on requirements
No, the cylinder capacity will stay the same.
I don't think so. The stroke length frome the zylinder gets extended by the scissorlift at the cost of its capacity. Lets say for example the zylinder could push 300 kg. Now with the scissorlift attachment it can move by a greater distance but it will not be able to push 300 kg anymore. I just want to know by what factor it would be reduced.
@@danielwurmer2266 Shrink or enlarge as well as the ratio of the lengths of the levers to the right or to the left of the hinge. Simply put, divide the larger shoulder of the hinge into the smaller. There will also be power losses on the axle. You need to roughly multiply the result by 0.95
