As I was saying to my dad, I was kind of worried about how hard these guys were going to play. Not trying to take anything away from Vought but Terry francona is arguably the best manager to ever do it. Maybe not the best but up there, so having a first-year manager who is the age of some players in the league had me slightly concerned. These guys must absolutely love the skipper. They play balls to the wall for this guy and that makes me excited about his future with the club and the club's future. Overall. Let's go tribe!
You’re right, if ownership wants to never spend money and constantly build the team off call ups, why not bring in a young manager with a bright future to steer the ship. Unfortunately… the better Vogt does, better chance he says goodbye few years down the road to an owner who will spend the money…
Very shaky start by Guards SP Cookie Carrasco in the first but..... thankfully, settled down and pitching better, the rest of the way. The Cleveland Offense came through for Carrasco with good run support only the bullpen almost not effective in relief. Good series win, 3 out of 4. Go Guardians! ⚾⚾⚾💥

Did David Frye "Cork It" at 3:15? lol that's something we used to do after passing gas as a kid. You'd yell "CORK IT!" and the last person to put their thumb on their forehead was the one who farted. Good times.

Vogt walked into one of the best locker rooms in the league... and he's the perfect fit with a roster this young.
