Just cheese the boxes and do all 3 characters campaign, make sure you do heroix patrols. I got the handcannon aswell and everything is essentially 3/5 and i have titan left to do tomorrow and considering i have to do the box cheese till hit my armor 1795 before i do pinnacles i assume I'll craft more.
The tracking on them is very good so they almost always hit, but they don't seem to a ton of damage. It's a little hard to tell how much of a difference it makes. There is an artifact mod to buff them though.
How are you able to ads so fast with it with such low handling? Are you using lucky pants or some other exotic? As a titan main I need to use fluted barrel and handling master work to make it tolerable to ads
He’s using the new Hunter Boots, Speedloader Slacks. After dodging they add 30 handling, reload and AE for 15 seconds. After every kill while the perks up it refreshes and adds an extra 5 to each up to a max of 50.

Threat Detector is 15 meters iirc.

reload terminal overloads on ur map untl u get a heroic patrol which if u do gets u a weapon of neomuna for a chance of red border
