very nice. you are very talented. they are out of my price range but I would say what your asking is not out of line. people don't realize the amount of time it takes to do something like that if it is going to be done right. you really go into detail. 👍
Damn rights you should charge what you want. That's a lot of your time and ya gotta make it worth while. Awesome, I would buy one if I had th money .... Looks Great!! So cool
Looking good. Sorry I haven't replied to the last email. I'll get to it I promise! I don't know, you've come this far so I say drop 2K on hydraulics/electronics and make one work!
Build is looking great man. I agree a lathe is handy .I have a mini lathe handy for hobby stuff. So you think you'll get 2500.00 for them builds hey ? I got a project coming up of a d12 cat in 1/8 scale should be interesting
Hi If these turn out as nice as the skidders did I'll be equally as impressed . I'm kinda wondering if you are going to find these models a hard sell at the moment. So many of the guys that had this kinda money as spare change in their pockets are out of work or struggling to pay bills/sending the toys back they can't afford. Then theirs all this BS carbon taxing and stuff on top thats gonna take more money again. I'm not disputing why you want the money I just don't think the end guy has it like the old days. I hope I'm wrong and they don't sit around a while. I'd love to have the patience to do that kinda scale detailed metal fabrication . I'm on $45 an hour fixing farm equipment out in the freaking cold , when i'm not doing my own farming and repairs to. It would be nice to be in the warm doing this during the winter instead.
Thanks for the words. If they dont sell, then,I'll have around 7 big similar of these toy machines I've built.I f they sell they do.I'm not in need of them to,thats why I think they're worth a fair bit.I have more time available than stuff do do in the winters, and enjoy being creative.I learn a bunch from doing these too, that is helpful in the future with metal work, problem solving and creating something out of nothing.Todd
skadill great way to be. Making cool models in the winter and top videos for us in the summer, can't get much better. Unless Shania Twain wants to hold the camera for you?
Great job. It certainly is a great way to spend time too. Well done.

Thank you,it surprises me how little gets accomplished in a full day on them sometimes, slow work, with all the figuring and planning
This is a much better use for the bucket!
will be buckets made from that one as pattern
Any bigger and you will have Hitachi mini excavator. Good work and looking forward to the finished product.
Buckets done now, these things are huge.Didnt think they were as long with arm out,but they are monsters.
Good to see you building models again!
They are coming along, you sure have some patience it would take a lot building those parts.

really love the build. something id like to try eventually. I've got plenty of projects as it is though
looks good keep up the good work
thanks
the attention to detail is mind blowing.
It gets a few times a day, where things are about to get thrown around from concentrating on little things so much with these.
looking really good!
Really cool looking.
Thanks ,got the buckets only done today
Next challenge....a Hayse Pacific....maybe next winters project? Somehow, I can't imagine you stopping without a complete log supply chain?
