There alternative servers, I downloaded this thing called "npcap" that helps out giving you VPN access too different regions online for pcsx2 emulator. Though you can also play these alternative server on the ps2 console as well, but idk how that works honestly lol

I use cheat engine for pcsx2 too access carbon fiber hoods for exotics 🥃

No motion blur, and i could go 60fps but it tanks my pc when playing online sadly, i also have a HD texture packs along with a new resolution HUD fix
