    As long as the parents cooperate with each other there should be no need for the mother to give up her dream..Always the mothers who has to sacrifice their career/studies.

      There was a scandal when she left her idol group because she threw tantrums about not wanting to do it anymore and the girls left behind suffered, she also keeps pressuring her husband for even more kids. She didn't sacrifice anything, she made her choices, taking for granted that her husband will earn money and their families will carry the slack. It's almost as if she's just playing house, still no maturity whatsoever despite already being a mother of three.

      @@anthyavila9726 You know what I think her immaturity kept her away from thinking a step ahead of her decisions.
      She got literally what she dreamed and wanted , becoming idol to escape studies, dating a nice looking yet caring person , marrying someone she looked future with, having children.
      These things sound alright but the thing missing with these choices is planning , looking different ways and perspectives, understanding etc.
      She probably thinks things will escalate quickly (which actually did) and nothing wrong would happen.Only if she educated herself and had a better understanding with her plans , she wouldn't have these problems. She had been only receiving what she dreamed of, I wonder if she took a moment to be concern about ppl who gave her what she wanted.Minhwan is the breadwinner of the family , she wants to go to cram school , they have to send their children to school , plus house maintenance, he is already having so much burden yet she asks for another child . She is kind of selfish and unappreciative too.Also.Grandma is only there to help them till she is alive someday she will pass away too. As nice as it seem, their system kind of looks messed up, it's hustle life too.

      @@anthyavila9726 yep, it was scary watching her husband asking for more kids cus she clearly didn't think it through at all. Her husband clearly doesn't want anymore kids since hes the sole breadwinner and its already taking a toll on him.

      Sad but I don't understand why people nowadays don't think it through before having kids, its almost a given that one partner has to give up on their career/dreams no matter what unless they could hire a nanny to look after their kids. I seen so many parents who regretted having a kid young and all of them said they didn't thought having kids meant giving up on many things. You would think they already thought of that before deciding to have a child. Thats also why I'm childfree cus my career, being able to earn my own money and having disposable income to travel is far more important to me now. When I hit my 50s/60s and sick of travelling , I would then consider fostering/adopting kids instead cus by then I would have enough money to give the kids a good environment to grow up in. I wish more people would process their thoughts like this before doing anything cus theres too many kids being abandoned in the world right now

    I feel sorry for her for being a mother so young yet feel frustrated. Her friends at 24 year old are probably busy studying and working finding their dream. But she’s too busy to do that and have to look after the kids. I know the first born was an accident but they could have planned the twins, wait for Minhwan finish his military service and their son to grow up a little more.

    already grandma helps a lot...if she goes to college, grandma practically has to do everything...these days couples take their mothers help for granted...if they want to learn/work, they should hire a nanny/housekeeper to do everything...then grandma can also relax and just be happy spending time with kids instead of doing all the work.

      They would obviously find some kind of compromise. Whether its Yulhee takes classes half time, or night classes. Plus, they awlays do the best when they are with the child.

      @renek2913 2 года назад +2

      I don't think they have enough money to hire a nanny either cus if not they would have already hire one. I don't think any one would want to let the grandmothers take care of their kids for them unless they have no choice

    You are still young. It's never too late or too old to go back to college.
    You have a lovely husband and family to support you. I used to work before I have my daughter. Then when she started kindly, I quit my job, and went back to school to do a course, that will give me a job that I know will let me spend more time with my daughter. After 2yrs got a diploma in community /welfare service. I gained a great job that gives me time to pick up and dropped off my daughter. Now I'm a freelance worker in the industry and my daughter in now working as an assistant manager at aldi and studying at university. It's hard but when you get used to it, you're love it. Go for it. It's never too late. I'm sure you will achieved what you want. Many blessings and all the best. Sydney single mum

    I feel for her so very much. the same thing happened to me. I never got the opportunity to go to University. However, my now ex-husband was supportive. I went back to Adult Education and did flourish. It can be crushing to ones self esteem to be put down by your piers. I think that he doesn't get it!! The mind set of a Korean man is still very old fashioned and he sees that he is taking care of everything, when in fact she is wanting personal growth. Rather Narcissistic on his part. My life is to be supported by you! How could you not be happy? Men of Korea grow up!!!

      Korea are very much a patriarchal
      and conservative country. Korean women are expected to cook for their family and look after the family and not to mention, women there can't even call themselves a feminist without getting hated. They have one of the worst female's rights records and thats why alot of korean women are refusing to get married. And honestly? Good on them
