@@andylane3739 No, I'm interested in the latest research. I understand the deleterious effects linoleic acid and oxalates have on the human body. Ruminate animals have four stomachs that remove the linoleic acid from the cheap feed livestock are fed. Small fish and avacados are fine. Whey isolate protein is fine if it is not full of crap additives.

@@andylane3739 Not for me to judge you. The half life of linoleic acid in our adipose tissue is 380 days. Americans have upwards of 22% LA in their adipose tissue. Ancestrally we were around 2%. Look at the rising rates of cancer in younger and younger people. Look at the obesity epidemic. If you have superior genetics, you will probably be fine.
