What if the shared storage of windows server is failed. will the both Hyper V replication works? But we are storing the VM's data in the shared storage windows server machine. Does the VM's are work in primary Hyper V or it loss the all VM's data in the Hyper V.

No. It will not work if the common storage gets failed. To resolve this challenge you can include storage high availability or storage clustering model in this Hyper V Clustering setup. By the way, thanks for such a great query.

is it mandatory to always keep another cluster member i.e- the Hyper-V Server 02 with no VM?

Surely not.. You can have VM(s) on the Hyper-V server 02. What it matters here is whether the VM(s) is/are into the failover cluster or not. If it is, the failover would happen in case of failure. Try it and share it. Appreciate your deep intervention. Stay tuned.....
