- On our first day in Siargao, Philippines, we dove headfirst into the local and delicious Filipino cuisine. From savory adobo to flavorful Bicol express, we savored a variety of traditional dishes that hit the spot. After fueling up, we set out to explore the streets of Siargao, soaking in the sights, sounds, and vibrant atmosphere of this island paradise. Our day was so fun as we got to finally experience the unique beauty and culture of Siargao.

if you are not a spice chili lover don't dare to eat chili you will loose appetite on eating.. Philippines only add it for some flavor but eating it alone can make your mouth on fire..

The island hopping is great. Daku, Guyam and Naked Island. Also visit Coconut View, Maasin River and take a boat to Sugba Lagoon. We enjoyed our trip to Siargao last Oct.

My family we used to own 2 carinderia in mindoro province for 3 decades before we migrate here in America, I really miss eating carinderia so much good food and cheap too 😊 stay safe and healthy guys 🙏

Could be humba (hoomba). Does it have black beans? If yes, then it's most likely humba. Adobo, like you said, is more acidic and salty/sweet, while humba is often sweeter (or at least here in Davao).

when.I rewatch this video you just passed by the bakery store offering also hot pandesal perfect for your macha and caramel coffee but you already ate rice meals,but if you long stay there in Siargao try the Pandesal bread best serve when.hot and in the morning with hot coffee too...thanks for the info about Matcha thatmust be grassy I already taste milk tea macha before😋😋

@@ChaseandShelbswe have also the so-called hundred islands here in Luzon particularly in the province of Pangasinan... then a surfing spot in La Union, a neighboring province of Pangasinan... then go to Baguio which is the summer capital of the Philippines.. then go to Vigan City, Ilocos Sur where the Historic UNESCO Hispanic Heritage Site is located... btw, enjoy staying here in the Philippines😊😊
