I've been shopping there since 2019, and I've never had any issues with shipping, payments, late packages, etc. I knew before had about the long waits for shipping, but I actually don't mind waiting for my items to come, makes me appreciate them more than I would if I were to receive them straight away. Of course, that's not going to be for everyone. I also only buy from them when they have free shipping available, and for certain pieces I own, they were cheaper on Lolita Wardrobe, but the shipping prices there are crazy! Had to spend like almost a hundred just on shipping alone💀 Personally, I'd rather pay twenty dollars extra for a dress on Devil Inspired than have to spend it on shipping elsewhere, especially since I usually tend to get three or more items in one order, which makes the shipping more costly...

I ordered TWO dresses from devil inspired and it was like 200$ for the dresses + 88 for the shipping! The worst? It took NINE months for them to arrive. The quality was very good but still, I don’t think the price and the wait was really worth it.
The quality was good because they simply buy items from Taobao and send it to you. Had you bought from My Lolita Dress or straight from Taobao, for example, you would have gotten the same quality for way less money and shipping time. >.> Big reason to stay away from DevilInspired!

The reason people advocate against DI is because they're egregiously overpriced, have horrible customer service, and dox customers. You can buy from them if you choose, but most people are going to warn you of the consequences before you choose to do so.
I think it honestly depends where you live for devilinspired. In the UK it takes 15 days for it to arrive and shipping isnt a lot. At least when they have flash sales and coupon codes. Specifically for me but it has terrible customer service

I just brought a blouse from DI inspired yesterday and found this 😭 the total was $40 but it charged me $59 instead, I’m not sure if It’s going to deliver the time I want it to but I hope so edit: I emailed them for a refund lol

Wow I feel lucky I got my 3 packages from DI... while two dresses are too tight on the bust ( and it shouldn't, I should have more room in) I do have a good blouse and dress from them. And I will confirm, the costumer service sucks. Kept trying to say I was the one measuring wrong. I gave up cuz it will fit later anyway and damaged one of the straps of a dress while putting it on ( because the bust measurements were that wrong). I'm still half way in the video, but a lolita aquitance recommended Biner ( or Binner?) As a shopping site and was wondering if it was actually good? The prices looked lower than DI's and they also linked to the Taobao sellers.
Hmm u right i got a scam mail from them but they could not do anything because it auto encryption. The true is if we buy a lolita set or a gothic dress it very expensive more than 200. So, when we need a good quality should be more, when I saw the website have sold cheaper maybe could be problem of quality of the dress the others is not too bad I think this shop is 7/10 at least if you can control the scam email or more carefully
The quality will depend on the original brand more than the reseller. DevilInspired is only ordering the dresses from Taobao and then selling the dresses to the customers, not making them. So the price is really not worth the quality because the quality is the same as purchasing the same dress on another reseller site. Buying the same dress from GlitzyWonderland and DevilInspired will have the same quality product. You will just probably pay 2X more on DevilInspired.
Thank goodness i stumbled upon this! I was going to buy something from them this week and it looks like youtube algorithm was looking out for me! My-lolita-dress is gonna be my go to unless glitzy has better prices now! Linda is an absolute sweetie and she responds to facebook messages and emails within 48 hours usually. When I wanted to get a lolita outfit for my size, I researched and someone suggested these brands. I looked at reviews and there are lots of different reviews from different people. These brands are inclusive to all the sizes.

I'm not sure about resellers, unfortunately. You can probably find them on Taobao, since that's where DI get them from. I have seen them pop up there, occasionally. But I'm not super familiar with resellers for more street fashion. I would try to find a subreddit catered for them and ask there!

Then i tried taobao bhiner as a shipping servuce and i was so pleased with the service they keep you updatet they will answer all your questions send you pictures and so on.

@@김해원-u9m well actually you can store it in the warehouse for 180 days thats almost half a year, plus they will tell you how heavy it is and what the shipping will cost. So don't worry, you just have to look how much the shipping inside china will cost (thats additional costs) the service fees of taobao bhiner aren't as high, I paid like 7€ for a 160€ total so thats okay i think. Yes the International shipping is a bit expensive but you can choose different option and get the cheapest one that will take a little bit longer. Also i live in germany and we have ridiculously high Steer and customs and it still wasn't that much :D when you have lolita friends near you, i recommend buying together and splitting the shipping costs.
@@김해원-u9m I do not use Bhiner so I can't speak on it. With Spreenow, you do not have to pay immediately as soon as it gets to the warehouse. Once it arrives, you will get a message saying your order as arrived and you will be asked if you're ready for your items to be packed. You can reply "not yet" if you aren't ready to pay. I wouldn't order anything if you don't have the money for it, though, because they won't just hold your items for free forever. Also, I'm not sure where you live, but living in the US, if you're just buying a dress by itself, Shipping is usually no more than $20USD. It's only when your box is really heavy that shipping will go up.

If you want to cancel, you would have to email their support directly. But be sure they are giving you a full refund because they will attempt to only offer a partial refund. If they only offer a partial refund, I would just hope for the best and not buy from them again.
Devilinspired's good, its a taobao reseller so all the quality of everything is different, but alot is very good, the websites just a bit complicated in my opinion lol
The quality is based on the original seller, not really DI. Their markups, bad service, and inappropriate behavior in response to bad reviews makes it impossible for me to recommend them.
If it's not too late to cancel and try to order from somewhere else, honestly, I would try. But if they're not going to give a full refund, I'd just wait and hope for the best >.

Bhiner is a shopping service similar to Spreenow. It's fine, from what I know of it (no personal experience using it).

Yeah, defs recommend Taobao Shopping Services over DI, much better at communicating!
