Kaka, Kenya is pretending to be US without any protocols or training. Here in the US, children start accumulating grades in high school and everyone is averaged. At the end of high school all your courses yield a pass or fail. This is high level planning with computerized data collection. Highs schools have counselors helping families apply for colleges. So this system will not work in a corrupt system.

At least there where I was born and grew up in Kenya a small child was told by her or his parents "go and pick that thing but AVOID BEING CAUGHT" Do you see where stealing already is being taught to a child. In Finland a child is told to go and ask if she or he wants something then remember to thank if they are given what they want. I am aware that generalization can be dangerous. There are honest people in Kenya and dishonest people in Finland though.
Truth be told honesty is important, but it can be difficult to hear and maybe upsetting or disappointing as such, to the people who are used to doing things their own way.
