I wasn't following the transits (as I usually do) this week, and I found myself in a deep depression with this transit. I didn't realize it until after, so I was fully grabbed!
I saw how my ongoing mental health issues had sabotaged my attempts at career and "calling."
I happened upon a podcast where two successful people were talking about how they weren't trying for success, all they were doing was trying to make the world better for people around them in their lives.
I realized that my "calling" is an illusion, and I'm just where I need to do my work. I was trying to be successful from the outside, and failing time and again. It was a potent transit.

What you are talking about is setting goals, and moving them along. Goals change as people grow. Working towards achieving goals are what life is all about, and what brings us joy. When you attain one goal you move on to the next. There, I've summed up in a nutshell what you said. What this has to do with Pluto/Sun, I don't know. But if this is how you see it, just put it out there without all the word-salad.

I loved this. Very nuanced. In my experience insights come and go, but realization is a stable, subtle yet powerful perceptual shift that sort of acts on its own. It’s your inherent naturalness that grows. Concealing this or rather I would say containing it retains it’s sense of groundedness, which is in my experience essential otherwise it cannot express well outwardly if it needs to.

This conjunction will be in exact opposition to my natal Sun and then the Cancer Full Moon will be conjunct my Sun, in the 10th. I can tell that this is a culmination of a long process I've been going through for the last eight years as Pluto has opposed my Moon, Mercury and Sun respectively, drawing on my natal Sun trine Pluto. Things are coming to a head for me. Thanks for this assessment Acyuta.

He’s daily in trouble at school and realistically not going to get ‘good’ grades. But yesterday, he texted me from school, a photo ‘I did it’. It might not seem much to some, but he’d cooked a curry and rice for his gcse food tech. We’d spent a bit of time at home preparing. This isn’t something you envision as a parent, but for him, and me it was an achievement and something to be proud of. We also bonded over it.

I have not, a singular calling. There is no great peak, beyond the many valleys. To find love, express love, mourn love, to be hurt & mend. My legacy is a sparkle of dust that sees, moves around & within the infinite waves of molecules. To only witness another, is enough. My wish & hope is to guide or assure others. #grabbed At the time of the Pluto-Sun conjunction, which opposed my natal Sun at 27 Cancer, I'm taking over my 78-y-old father's finances after finding out that he has tens of thousands of dollars worth of debt due to fraudulent charges from various scam companies. He had no idea this was happening and is having to take money out of his social security to pay off the debt, and I'm on the phone with the banks every day trying to get some of his money back. Definitely feeling the 12H "hidden enemies" vibes (I'm Aquarius rising), plus the Plutonian "fall" of a father figure due to shady dealings. I also cannot stress enough how unfathomably frustrating it is to deal with banks & customer service representatives during a Mercury retrograde...
Grabbed: my mother passed on today. My mother is the sun and I feel Pluto. I will conceal the shiny stuff so that I may enjoy them.

I feel like the 🌞 Sun, from the Sun's perspective, is always at it's zenith. Perpetually...and as we percieve the Sun from our geocentric and astrological vantage point...the Sun at noon will set, yes, but will rise again the next day to be at our perspective zenith, again and again...(not it's own, which is would be experienced as eternal "zenith" perspective = sustaining life for eons = Love) ..in which we percieve as the next morning or day of our life, from our own perspectives...This makes our experience of human Time..and days going by: The Sun perpetually returning to OUR perspective of it's zenith... benefitting life as a whole greatly.
As a Leo ♌ Sun & Venus in the 10th (Capricorn's House).. I think of this often...in reference to my own solar purpose ...as means of focus on that expression. I’d love to hear about the Sun like this. As my natal Sun is in my 12th house of Cancer, my inner journey has always been difficult. Liz Greene’s book about the Sun is a great guidebook. Funny when she gave an example of a man who has the exact placement of Sun in the 12th House of Cancer, but didn’t elaborate on that except mentioning he ended his own life. I’m so sorry for him and felt myself lucky, but yeah, that’s not an example you’d want to hear 🤣🤣

Rumination on conjunctions with Pluto...Pluto Venus conjunction before Venus went retrograde, sudden condition of blood clots that I'd had minor surgery to fix in Nov blew up. Thankfully I'm on the mend, but the same day I receive Medical Astrologer Judith Hill's newsletter, talking about the conjunction: "Venus loves to create cysts, and Pluto loves to go septic, facilitating many conditions in which sepsis, cysts, blood clots could present themselves."
I walk a prescient line with Pluto.
Pluto currently conjuncting my moon, 27° Capricorn. The couple years before, it was Saturn conjuncting my moon... major, major transformation.
I have been afraid of Pluto, after having a friend die right when Pluto conjuncted her moon...
PS, Uranus is also stationing direct on this full moon... fascinating astrology in these times.

Been born at noon, with a Fire Sag Sun on the MC squared by a setting Pluto in Virgo in the 7th house, your insights are truly familiar to me.
Kind of a "black sun" who knows since birth that all that shines is rarely gold, that sometimes it truly is, but it has always its shadow. Kind of a reverse path or pattern: always going away from all that shines, and looking inside the darkness to find... the Light.

#grabbed Well this conjunction is happening close to my 11th house cusp. In addition, Mars was squaring my ascendant today. At around 6:30 in the morning, I had my car stolen from the driveway within 2 minutes of me stepping away inside the house. Unbelievable. And I am hearing of chemical plant on fire, tsunami, other fires and what not. University of Michigan (my alma matter) President fired. What a day indeed.
I have this as a natal conj. Also my black moon lilith is in conj. I have not been feeling to bad. I am use to this. So I am not as shocked as some of those around me.
I notice I have seen a lot more if the shadow side of people. I am surrounded by every sort of mean, criminally minded, toxic person on the planet. To put it bluntly, I am a d*ck magnet.
Even in the most loved and respected persons who come around me breaks out the most evil impulsive self around me. When I say something I am seen as the bad guy. It's the story of my life.
Yes, I use it to my advantage. I know that the people I meet are ether gonna die soon or be a complete jerk. So I get super nice. I give them a little treat before They go to prison or end up in the hospital.
What I find interesting is that this whole "Russia war" thing happened last winter too (submarines appearing at north pole) and now it's also submarines outside of the USA-coastline according to some sources. I think it was Sun opposite Pluto last year though but someone may correct me on that. And war is of course a plutonian thing along with Mars (isn't it a Mars + Mercury within orb right now?) and of submarines is related to "the underworld".

I just ended a nine year relationship, seemingly out of the blue to him, but all the signs were there. Today he asked me to go to lunch, where I had to reiterate the reason for breaking up is that we just value different things in life…and he just still wasn’t getting it. In the midst of explaining I hear “ooo, I’m blinded by the light” by The Weeknd.. Sheer realization that the truth is blinding and he refuses to accept it. And it’s something I can’t unsee.

Pluto is opposing my Sun and FM is conjunct the same. I've had enough of Pluto in Capricorn, so many conjuncts, opposition and squares.
I had Pluto activated 6° Libra N Nodes which are square my 8° Cancer ASC / DSC. Pluto now opp my Sun by 2° orb and then it'll be onto my Aneretic IC/MC.
I've had much turmoil since Pluto went into Capricorn in 2008. The Angular house issues I've suffered have been mostly negative. I have had very little life satisfaction. I'm imprisoned on my own life.
4th: Loss of family home, a psychotic son-in-law turned my daughter against me. He's gone and it is now mostly restored. I've been homeless for 4.5 years because l couldn't get unemployment benefits. I lived on my credit cards and subsequently was made bankrupt.
7th: Loss of partner, 2 stillborn relationships and mostly nothing. This really hurts me.
10th: Uranus dancing on my MC endlessly in September 2017 to February 2018. I was sacked for a false allegation and haven't been able to get work since because of the nature of the alleged crime. I'm now on a low pension. I was then arrested for applying for jobs in late March, 2021. They turned me down refusing to follow the rules that should've seen me get work again. So I took the gloves off and went bare-knuckled on them. Their feelings were hurt. They notified the police that l was _person of fixated obsessions_
I fought hard to get work and l was arrested for my efforts. Not many people can utter that and be telling the truth.
1st: all of the above and no self esteem.

Yes, it feels in some sense counterintuitive to conceal realization from self and others. Until you mentioned about hiding them from myself so my soul can enjoy them. Ha. That's deep. Like Pluto deep lol. As an 8th house sun, I feel very drawn into this notion. Not coincidentally, Neptune is making its final pass forward on top of my sun at 21 degrees this day. A woman came into the hall screaming “he has a gun!!” And some other things I couldn’t quite make out. There were some pops and bangs and a lot of ruckus. The cops are here and it’s quiet, haven’t heard an ambulance yet so I’m assuming things are okay. Sun and Pluto are currently in my 3rd house. I called the police myself too. Not sure if this relates but it FEELS very Plutonian. I’m praying for the woman and hope all is okay.

Although the I Ching offers very deep and thought provoking wisdom as a type of divination, it's insights regarding duality may not always reach into the nature of the joyful relationship each soul inherently has with it's Creator. You describe basically that joy according to I Ching includes not being bummed out when the glitter of dreams fade. Gita also describes being being equipoised in both happiness and distress as truth or wisdom, but that is a state of detached tolerance, more than one of actual joy. As you read the definition of "enjoy", defines enjoy as both to give and to take. To give and to take, means between two, and in the ultimate sense, two means between the individual and the Creator/Source/God/Universe.
Could it be that the sun in one sense represents one's false ego - who's plans are dashed in this world over time, or one's true spiritual self in another sense, as a part and parcel of the Supreme. Material ego's passions fade over time and changing circumstances, while one's pure spiritual desire to consciously connect and exchange love with Source. Transcendent gold can be beyond the duality of material excitement / depression and even beyond birth and death on both subtle and grosser material planes. One Vaishnava saint described in relation to a golden vision, that one's highest prospect in life is finding the active loving union and service, naturally exchanged between the individual soul, and the Supreme Soul.
To hide one's realizations from others, is sound advice to some degree (many times people don't get what you may be trying to express anyway, right, - and those revelations from Source in the heart, are meant just for the receiver to ponder and relish.
But to conceal them from oneself in order to enjoy them, if separately and without acknowledging that such realizations are revealed by Source, such exclusion may end up as a sort of lonely and temporary type of enjoyment. From what I understand, I Ching philosophy, although valuable in describing relativistic states and situations, concludes that happiness and distress are a dynamic that need each other and contribute to wholeness. Is there any reference to a ever-joyous conscious Source, who can share eternal happiness with countless souls, without the need for distress to define the relationship? Not trying to dis the I Ching; just saying personal loving exchanges, play and important role in true enjoyment, along with assessing the lay of the land in any temporal situation.
Well as I was saying the word "enjoy" would mean to give/receive love within...I believe this implies that their is a relationship within the heart and soul worth fostering apart from the realization of ambitions in the world...and the I Ching, while not explicitly about love of God, is very much about the relationship of the one and many, self and other, yin and yang...so they aren't using the names Krishna and Radha but they are talking about the same energetic principles you could say...

My story is not about these recent transits… but rather Saturn entering Aquarius in 2020 where my sun @o degrees conjunct north node activated my partners sickness then went retrograde and when Saturn went direct and crossed back over my sun and north node He passed away…
Aw I just journaled last night about how nothing felt like it mattered, nothing I did, made or said… because everything is going to die anyway.. and as I just kept letting my hand move it bloomed into.. but what about the pure enjoyment of the present moment? I hope you won't mind if I jump in here; what I understand from it is that talking about your brightness/hope (even to yourself) will have the weird effect of both fixing it (thereby creating an object out of it, which in turn creates a shadow) and dissipating it, diluting and watering it down through repeated iterations and descriptions. Better to simply experience the light within and live it in your approach, in your way of life, rather than in finite words and demonstrable, recognizable actions. After all, what is it worth if its purpose evolves into the garnering of attention and admiration from others?

I don’t think people are looking for their calling actually. The calling shows up naturally from your karmic expression. What people seek is their soul expression which is in line with calling or life purpose.

Some days back, about the end of last year maybe, I heard this character complaint about 50 Shades: the PoV character is actually the villain, because her interest is clear and open from the start exactly what he wants and she spends her entire arc saying yes in the hopes she will make him change from her. A real "I want the noble without its shadow" trip. (Though probably nearer Venus' station @Pluto.)
Yesterday, I found myself putting some (less openly kinky) fan art where someone else could find it, and suddenly I had to deal with my own practical fears and legal terrors at putting my theraputic fan art where others can find it. How do I not be a pushy ass about sharing it? Am I being respectful enough of the concerns of the root/inspiring IP holders' interests? Am I actually doing this just for me, instead of for lust of money for works? (A pile of Sun+Pluto, that.)
