I would agree with the social media thing it caused me to push too hard and get tendonitis on my hand wrist and thumb. I thought I could learn planche in 6 months

He is a handstand master and a one arm pull up beast😁. Andrii Primak - I think he holds the record ford the biggest handstand jump 135cm. Dima Malahov - He is also great at hand balancing (I think he is a handbalancer artist, but I may be wrong) and at the moment I'm not sure but he was definitely holded the record for the most one arm pull ups. So I would be happy If you do intevew one (maybe more) of them 🙂. I only write 3😅, but there are so many great people out there😁😁😁.
i don't understand why at the nutrition question they are not being very specific telling you what they eat!!! gosh damnit! they always answer to you in a shitty uncomplete way!
