Huge thanks to this podcast and many more. Down to 227 from 297 and still going! Thanks for all the info and motivation to keep me goin!
You are well discipline man, give more credit to yourself. They just give you information but you put in the work.
@@kadimagratitude583 Will do! Down to 197 at the moment and living life to the fullest! Happy friday 👍
such an underrated show, you guys deserve way more listeners
I've been doing the dumbbell pullover since the beginning. I'm so glad he mention this, AMAZING excercise.
Bulgarian split squat for me. Nothing developed my legs faster .
Yeah especially when I started doing them with a trap bar! Man it helped my legs so much grow better.
@@Tumorcoach I'm doing them goblet style now...sooo effective. Demanding exercise!
I heard Arnold’s secret was he did Kegels 4 hours a day.
I’m liking this new thumbnail but maybe change the color of the letters that are on the yellow background black. That way you can clearly see it because right now it looks like MindPu.
Graphic designer here! I agree! Also, the letter/ color combo is not accessible, if you have any users with visual impairments they may not be able to read or see the thumbnail. Personally love that you guys are evolving the brand!!🙌🏻💯
I'm not a fan of the dumbbell pullover. My mobility is fine, but it still hurts my shoulders. I prefer straight arm pushdown stuff because there's no force pushing my arms back behind my head where they don't want to go.
Great clip! What is your stance on Jefferson curls?
Great info as usual. Thanks
Sal, do you do dB pullovers for back or chest?
Simple power cleans are a must
Wooo.... For a moment I thought it was Tom Hardy instead of Justin.... But it's all Justin after that brief moment.... Still love you bro...
I love the Hail Lobster shirt, Sal! I have one as well.
What's your guys opinion on lat pull downs behind the back/neck?
For me. I don't see many doing Floor Presses and Rack Pulls.
"Not a team player" lmao
The thumbnail made me watch the video
1. Power Cleans
2. Power Cleans
3. Power cleans.
Don't sledgehammer swings load in a similar way to dumbbell pullovers?
I learned the dumbbell pullover from bodybeast 😅😅
Mr. Olympia champion Chris Bumstead is who you're thinking of, man has massive legs
Whooa who went crazy on canvaa
Justin always sounds like the smart one
Not a team player🤣
You guys talk way too much and don’t cover the topic fast enough, not knocking just some Pos Crid.
All podcasts are like that. But I hate when one of the members will have something great to say and get interrupted.
