- Hey it’s Jackie Wyers & welcome back for Taylor Hill Bridal Makeup Tutorial👰🏽♀️ LUXURY vs DRUGSTORE products! I’m obsessed with Carolina Gonzalez work on Taylor using all Armani Beauty products & since I have quite an Armani collection, I thought it would be fun to use half Armani on one side, & half drugstore on the other to see if we can get a comparable look.
This is such a gorgeous bridal look that complimented the effortless hair & bohemian dress but you can totally wear this look just to feel glam. See all my notes below on which products I recommend between the luxury and high end products!

Overall, the Armani beauty foundation, glow enhancer & blush were products I’d splurge on, but drugstore did a great job on nearly every other step like brows, eyes, & lips. The Armani lipstick is a better bridal texture for a 💋 but I changed the tone to fit the inspo photo as the shade was lighter and paler on me! Keep reading for reviews & links to all products used:

Love both blushes, the Benefit blush had a bit more highlight within it, where the Luminous skin gave more of a “glow” with some warmth, without as much reflect.

I went with Super Lustrous Glass Shine Lipsticksuper Lustrous Glass Shine Lipstick to match the photo for a deeper, richer lip BUT after looking at the footage I regret it! It was a glossier finish which if you like to over-line, doesn’t look as good. The Lip Power wins especially for the bridal kiss👰🏽♀️

This look is lovely! The contrast makes me want to go buy to Armani foundation, it really glows, and I noticed the blush seemed to blend better on that side as well. You look amazing!! Great drugstore choices too!

Stunning look! What shade of foundation luminous silk do you use?
usually I use 4.5 with a tan. Here I showed my own bottle (4.5) but actually used 5.5 from a sample of the foundation! Without any tan I'm like the second lightest neutral shade. Hope this helps!!

Hey Jackie, l assume you have a LOT of makeup products. Do you just keep them until you use them again or do you get samples from companies?
I have moved a lot so I do huge clean outs and get rid of anything expired unless it's a collectable I want to keep! I do get quite a bit of PR but if I don't grab for it I gift and donate or it gets too overwhelming and I don't have the space for it all :)
I ask this because l think a really cool video idea would be to take us though all the products you use just normally

how would you recommend you contour a round face?
For a rounder face if you are wanting to add more structure, I like to fade with a bronzer/ contour shade around the hairline through to under the cheekbones, fading inwards toward the centre of the face to elongate by creating the illusion of less width. Creating a slightly pointier chin can look nice to add more length as well by contouring the jawline lightly.
"Douyin" makeup techniques also look great with less face contour and more blush placement that enhances soft, round faces
