- Sound Comparison: Schecter demon-6 with Duncan designed hb105 (active stock pickups) VS Ibanez rg320fm (Upgraded with budget Fleor alnico 5 pickups)
Fleor alnico 5: www.amazon.com...
Used gear: Focusrite scarlett (2gen), KGR professional guitar cable, Same settings in Overloud th-U, Same strings (Alice AE530 10-46), Same pick: fender 0.88.
I have uploaded this video before. there was a mistake: the Neck FLEOR Pickup i had soldered mistakenly which made it WRONG sound from Center & Neck position. Now I have soldered correctly and I posting this video again! Enjoy
stupid comparison. 2 different guitars...
ONE THING FOR SURE FLEOR IS MAKING A NAME FOR THEMSELF AGAINST GIANTS I ORDER OE FOR MY TELE
In my last video-clip "Ylajali" clean tone is from Fleors too.
Fleor pick ups are chimey er.....just put a set of fleor alnico 5(Seymore Duncan zebra clones)in my firefly gold top Les Paul and they fkn rock.
I want to try Fleor's dual hot rail too. On bridge.
@@GiorgiLobzhana Using the duel rail ceramic in my MD200 Mitchell . Amazing .
it's pretty telling when the cheap Chinese pickups sound better than the expensive "American made" ones
Duncan designed is not American pup. They are Koreans.
@@GiorgiLobzhana he is right... they are likely made by ARTEC for Duncan USA. Duncan USA are very nice and more like other top brands (Fralin, TV Jones, etc.).
@@DougHinVA Thank you for this comment.
Duncan designed is a bit of a lottery. I've got SC 101s in my squier and I really like them, but swapped the bridge pup out for an air. Norton which I'm still not really sure I love. But the point is, from what I've seen/heard/read, Duncan designed pups can vary a lot in tone and quality.
FLEOR alnico 5 = lot more clarity
Here are video About Fleor ceramic too. On my channel.
