These are some countries that might disappear in the future,
First we have these seven African countries that could soon stop existing as they plan to form a massive nation called the East African Federation,The interesting thing about this country is that it would border both the Indian and Atlantic Oceans making its location extremely valuable,

If Romania and Moldova would unite it would still be called Romania bcz Romania is a union between Wallachia, Moldavia and Transylvania

The point is all three had the same majority regarding ethnicity since the Aurelian retreat in the 3rd century A.D . Russian Russian Republic Moldova is trying to regain control over it, drive out the Russians and unite with Romania, although it was originally Bessarabia - the Russian land occupied by Romania. Well, she also doesn't have her own national language, so I can't call her a sovereign state.

They only exist because russia moved these people there. Something like a transnistrian ethnicity never existed. Its just russians who moved there during the soviet era. So when moldova finally defeats them they should move them all back to russia.
The problem of the region is the same as with the occupied territories of Sakartvelo (also known as Georgia). Of course, Moldova will not be able to join Romania until this conflict is resolved. But any attempts end with rusia's threats of nuclear weapons.

If our politicians wouldn't be spineless, we would've been reunited long time ago. Romania really needs to refresh its political class and the influx of Moldovan politicians after a reunification would be extremely beneficial.
By the way, the political figure with the highest trust factor by far in Romania, is Maia Sandu, the president of Moldova. She literally dwarfs in popularity any Romanian leader.

EU doesn't guarantee military support, NATO does and Republic of Moldova would never be able to join it with Transnistria issue. Let's say tomorrow Moldova joins EU, a week later if Russia is able, they can annex Moldova. The point of Republic of Moldova joining is not only basically joining the motherland, but also military support and of course direct financial support

It lost in Bakhmut, they are getting incircled in Adviika, they are fighting a worse battle in Kherson than they did in Bakhmut and they are not winning, their counter offensive in Zaporizhzhya was a complete disaster with huge casualties and equipment lost and they are loosing all their lands gained in Donetsk. Ukraine maybe isn't doomed yet if they make a brake through, but if they loose which could happen in 2026, then Republic of Moldova would be next. And if Transnistria (much better military equipped region) chooses to invade Moldova, it has no military backing from NATO state's.

As a Turkish, we need United Romania so much. At least they can reclaim Budjak region from Ukraine which was theirs. In this case, their nation will get stronger and minorities of historical Moldova can live easily. Also Transistria can dissappear and they can help Ukraine better.

Okay you have a union of Romania and Moldova but that is not a "new" country because the word Romania will not disappear and the nation-state of Romania will not loose any territory except if Hungary recognize Szeklerland (Szekely peoples of Transylvania).
The one loosing is Moldova. The new countries that will possibly exist will be Gagauzia and Transnistria if atleast one country , Russia will officially recognize them. 😉
