Using the "forwarding" number. Could I set this up from Ring Central which is the digital phone system I use? No one ever leaves messages and just calls and calls if i am busy. So having something like this to answer makes more sense. Also is it actually AI? And use GTP4 style awareness to communicate to the customer? Or is it just old fashioned scripts/prompts?

This did not work for me. It was redirecting all of my calls automatically to the AI voicemail. Not giving me a chance to even try to answer.

hey there! Please make sure your 'call forwarding' is toggled OFF in your phone settings. Then please reset your Lucy by dialling ##004#, then dial the code we provide you with during set up and that should enable just conditional forwarding.
