Never liked country music until I heard Toby in the late 2000 decade on my way to Reno . Now it's all I listen to and I'm a cowboy yes that's still a real job. 300 days a year on a horse .thank you Toby for showing me the heart and the soul and the patriotism of American country music

Was fortunate to see Toby once in Saratoga in upstate NY back when Eric Church opened up for him. When he wrote that song after 9/11 it truly unified a nation during a very scarey time. . Few artists can do that. Thank you Toby and God speed brother.

A complicated person, rougher, sometime brash and straight forward on the outside with a heart that set up a foundation in Oklahoma for children with cancer and a man who also spent much of his time honoring and entertaining our troops. I believe God understood Toby Keith's heart and when the time came opened his arms and joyfully welcomed Toby with a guitar waiting in the wings!

Back in 2005-06 I was stationed in Germany and played his CD in the truck all of the time. I got deployed to Afghanistan, I was in Bagram when Toby came to play for the USO. He was supposed to be there at a reasonable time, but he came in during the middle of the night. The place was packed. I loved it. Keep doing what you do Toby.

Man this brings back memories. I was contracting in Afghanistan in 08-09. While at FOB Salerno repairing the base fire trucks I was invited to stay an extra night for the Toby Kieth concert he was putting on that night. Great Event. My understanding is he would tour to even some of the smallest /remote outposts to give the troops a concert. Tody is truly awesome.
