I totally relate with your watching old shows. My anxiety has gotten quite bad these past couple of months and I could only watch Grey's anatomy or play a certain game on my phone to keep me alert but not too worried. I love your channel❤

I would be interested in hearing how you dealt with the "hypochondriac-ness" that comes with being in medicine. As a med student, I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety over how many things can go wrong with the body and the inevitability of death. It was a lot easier to avoid thinking about these things before med school!

I am a fourth year medical student... I have a new YT channel and will be discussing this exact topic. Especially as a first-generation oldest student and aging parents/ family members unable to receive access to healthcare.

This is super relatable because I also have a lot of anxiety and am about to start my Prerequisite classes for my Masters in Genetic Counseling but also struggle with anxiety. So I found this super helpful!!!!

I'm the same way with emailing people and not wanting to ask for help. I need to contact GC's to do Informational Interviews but need to do it. I like the 5 Minute rule!!!
