I needed a thin parting tool so I made a homemade thin parting tool for my woodturning projects in 5 minutes. Check out the video.

Nice idea!! I have one of those aswell. But with a plastic handle an I never use it. I'm going to give it a try, an if I like it make a wood handle for it. Thanks for sharing!

I’d be surprised if that wasn’t carbon steel instead of something hardened like HSS or M2
