It's so interesting how you prepare that dish in Ghana. Cabbage stew is a German classic as well, done a little differently of course with potatoes and minced beef instead of mackerel and corned beef, but still. It's tempting to give your way a try. It looks quite yummy. I love your accent! Love & peace from Germany.

So that the cabbage will have it own taste of salt cuz I didn't steam it I just added it to the stew straight forward that's why 👍 cabbage can sometimes be stubborn 😁
