  • You want to get clean, but it feels impossible without a plan. Today we discuss exactly how to put together a Personal Action Plan that will actually work, giving you strategies for dealing with the triggers and cravings you will face during your recovery, and allowing you to hold yourself accountable and create a feeling of self-sufficiency that will give you the confidence you'll need to sustain your sobriety long-term.
What worked for you? What didn't? What do you struggle with currently, and are there any strategies you've found that help with that struggle? This channel is all about clarity and honest communication, so let's get talking about this in the comments and we can all help each other make a plan that works!
Here's a quick list of the sections I outlined for your plan, just for reference:
    -Wellness Section
    -Triggers
    -Warning Signs
    -Crisis Plan
    -Reminder List
    -Dreams and Goals
I'll be back with our next topic soon, stay strong and I'll see you then my friend.

I wish I could hug you. These videos are the first things I’ve found that make me feel like things can change. Thank you so much.

I just had my first therapy session. She sent me a link to this video. It was very helpful. I didn't know I would need a notepad and pen but here I am writing things down making a plan a year into my recovery. I'm going through a great loss and this time I'm sober so I'm feeling all the feelings I never felt with previous losses & it has been overwhelming. Thank you for walking through step-by-step this plan of recovery. 🙌💕

This helps so much! Thank you for making this Aaron! I love your artwork, something about it feels like Daniel Johnston's "Hi, How Are You" album :)

I think learning about addiction and understanding the process of recovery is the thing that helped me the most. But each part of your plan is important! Is there anything that really helped or is helping your recovery?
