Addiction Depression Recovery Podcast: The Pilot Episode
This is a test/pilot episode for the series I'm starting, with a full season of episodes releasing soon! (I'm still setting up guests to speak with and such.)
I'd love any constructive criticism! Ideas for topics, thumbnails, or anything you think will improve the series. The first season will be a little experimental while I figure out what works and what doesn't, but I think I have a lot of great information to share and I look forward to doing so! See you soon.

This video was amazing! Informative AND entertaining! I was having cravings, and looked up “how to handle cravings.” Your video came up- and helped me “Crave Ride” just long enough that I don’t have the craving. For now. But that’s good enough for the moment. Thanx so much!

Sometimes I find it hard to understand the craving only lasting 20 to 30 minutes bit? When I start craving first thing in the morning then the craving dosent go away no matter what I do or think of, once its there its there and it won't go away until I use my doc (oxy). Sometimes my craving will last for easy 3 to 4 days.. People don't understand that cravings can get that strong they can make you really ill and then people don't understand how ill you really are. It's like living in a nightmare.

Wow, this was very informative and inspiring. Great job! Our community needs to hear these things, and hear them in a different way. Addiction, mental health and suicidal ideations are plaguing our families, our friends and the foundations of our culture and society. Change is so badly needed. Thank you for sharing your art, and for beginning this conversation in this space, in this way.
