Aquabrass 250 Cartridge Replacement

This video show my experience in replacing an Aquabrass 250 3/4" cartridge. I am not a professional, this video is for demonstration purposes and is not an instructional video.
I hope my experience helps others who have the same set-up.

Super helpful! I have the exact same set aquabrass thermostatic shower valve with 3 individual volume control with same trims too. I recently had a plumber helped me to change the 250 carriage which is exactly as per your instruction.
I have one question hopefully you could help. Could you please help me with identifying the cartridge model for the volume control valves? My hand held shower head is dripping very slow and I'm suspecting it's the carriage of the volume control valve degrading.

Hi, I have the same problem described here where the hand shower is dripping slowly. Did you ever determine the cartridge and solve this? Is the drip due to faulty thermo cartridge or check stop valve for the hand shower?

@@victbrad if your hand shower is dripping, it’s the volume control valve problem and you need a new cartridge for the column control valve.

How long have you been using this valve before changing the cartridge.
I have a faucet from aquabrass but I'm afraid to install cause in case of problems I don't have aquabrass in m6 country. It was brought from abroas

It was in use for over 11 years before it failed and needed to be replaced. Hope this helps.
