"Clean the gearbox with degreasing solution.
Check the transmission for damage.
Gearbox repair:
Replace damaged parts.
Grind worn gears smooth.
Align the gears.
Reassemble the gearbox:
Reassemble the transmission in reverse order of disassembly.
Tighten bolts and nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
Check the gearbox:
Fill the transmission fluid according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Check the transmission to ensure there are no oil leaks.
Turn on the transmission and check to see if it operates normally.
Reinstall the transmission onto the truck:
Reinstall the transmission into the truck.
Connect electrical wires and hydraulic hoses.
Check the transmission to make sure it is working properly.

We have disassembled and inspected all gears and bearings. If they are damaged, replace them. If they are not damaged, align them and install them. We have replaced the oil seals.
