At first I thought, "Hmm. This looks like the systems in NJ." Then the camera shows the green inspection sticker and the top of the plate. They are from New Jersey! Nice to see full utilization of the liftback area and still have the use of the back seat. Car looks totally driveable only have two 15's ported nicely at 31Hz. Hella changeable port. Great install details in the back. Love the stained ply. NJ style!
I just ordered myself 2 SSA EVIL 15's for my build its an upgrade for me. was on 2 AB HD 15's did a 157.7 at 37hz tuned to 34hz, wondering what im gna do with new subs after they have broken in... Flat wall top port 1997 Saturn SL2, 230amp HO Brand X alt, 45ah cmax, currently 1 Taramps md8k, will get a 2nd one. Charging at 15.5-16 volts resting at 15.5-15.6 after warmed up.
Check this out Jacob got my 2 DD 615s upgraded and new electrical, but I'm hair tricking with a fosgate prime, 1200 lol it was late and a short vid, I'll do a demo and a full walk through of the upgrades, shout out for budget builds again thank for your support of the bass community....
I'm sorry if I sound stupid but what's the purpose of going to .5ohm? If the amp is stable at 1ohm isn't that possibly damaging? Is this done to accommodate for ohm rise or "box rise"? Nice build though!
Mr. K it does get hot after playing it for a while but I got a fan back there that keeps everything relatively cool. And the sundown amp I have and most higher quality amps can handle 0.5 no problem as long as your electrical is stout
Very nice c pillar ported wall build. I love the way he utilized the back cargo area for all his amps and batteries. Sounded really good! Lots of flex for 2 15's. I bet it does sound like he has more subs in person. Great job Jacob! Keep up the good work! Tuned in for tomorrow's video!
Go-Rilla I love seeing these guys so enthusiastic about their systems and how much they learn from just wanting to reproducing music with these amazing builds.
Another great vid! Love coming home after a long day of work and turning on some sub action! Been chasing voltage issues in my Focus ST and you keep me motivated. Next step is the big three. Already did the 1/0 OFC ground from battery to chassis. Would you recommend grounding the engine to the body? Or grounding alternator to the battery negative? Can I get a shoutout also?!
Hey man glad to help and good to hear you enjoy my videos awesome! I would definitely do 1-2 runs ground to chassis, engine block, and ground alternator to batteries front and back if able. Sure man shoutout within a few days thanks for always watching!
Hey Jacob, quick question, well this might be a stupid one tbh but I'm just not sure about this, how do you tune a 4 channel amp for mids and highs? Like what are appropriate settings for it? I know how to tune my bass amps and all, I have a DD-1 and a CC-1 so I'm okay there, my only trouble is the mids and high amps. Thanks in advance man.
Clint Hernandez same exact process with 4 ch amp except using 1000 hz tone for mids & 3000 or 5000 hz tone for highs.. it’s recommended to re test once you set crossover filters .. I would set them first then play the tone.. a starting place would be 65hz - 2500 hz for mids and 2500hz - 20,000 for highs.
Up To Bat Entertainment Thanks man, I appreciate that, that’s what I really meant, the crossover settings, like I know for bass amps I set the low pass to 80 hz and subsonic to 20 hz so I figured there would be some magic numbers for a 4 channel
You got a new Subscriber thanks for uploading great videos almost every single day for us bass kuckle head's. Also your channel is so under rated you should have more subs i dont get it why you have suck low Subs when you have great content good luck to you bro
@@nathanlitko1004 no it's a daily driver. I have the northstar SMSAGM480 and thought about adding a limitless 70ah to it but every one said I'd have to get rid of my SMSAGM480 and my d3100 under the hood. And hell I've got 1200$ in the 2 and there only 6 months old
@Th3Aggr3ssiv3 Cons3rvativ3 that's exactly what I'm doing just buying another northstar big boy. Cause at first I only had a crescendo audio bc 6k but now I'm taking it out and I just bought the crescendo 17k and as of now I only have 1 alternator it's the mechman 320.
Thanks man yes it was a sick build. I plan to make Made of Steel for getting Demos and not giving due to a long drive there. Hope to see you there man. Be my first year at this show.
I respond to a lot of comments daily and read them all. Full tilt means max capabilities with the current system basically. Thanks for always watching Trent!

Mr. K just getting more power out of the amp plus with the subs being dual 2 ohm it’s just the easiest way to wire them
@@mikie4400 So you're saying that driving them to .5 does no harm to a 1 ohm stable amp? Like it won't run hot? I just thought it to be taboo.

Hey hows his voltage? With the AGM and lithium mix? I heard that wasnt good mix? I was gonna do that
If it's a daily driver then your fine man, just cant let the car sit for a week or the agm will drain the lithium

Nice ,I'm also working on a single sub set up in the bass buroo.
Where do you buy synergy stuff or SSA
Synergymobileaudio.com.
soundsolutionsaudio.com I find they don’t stock much and mostly drop ship other brands.
That set up looked as windy as most 4-15" installs. The woodwork was awesome to, great job!!!!! Keep the videos coming Jacob.

160db+ sealed and I'm happy
No Dual inputs for More Power?I wont hook a Sundown up without em.Bare wire is trash power.Droppin Hz proved it.
SBM 2019 I wanted to put dual but I’m worried when the trunk closes it’ll hit the inputs cuz it’s very tight back there
