I've been an In Flames fan since 96 and they never disappoint this song is amazing
Can't explain how much I love this..... It hits me hard. I'm fighting off my own demons and battling every day. I'm thankful I still have my little boy in my life, because after I was delt a very bad hand ,with no fault of my own, I probably wouldn't be here anymore.... I'm more afraid of life anymore, than death. Anxiety, depression, panic attacks and sitting alone for over 2 years now is beyond hard to deal with anymore.... I'm just so very tired of it all........
hold on tight my brother, I'm right there wiith you. Life goes on, we must be strong to beat life's ass. I'm sorry for whatever you've been through, but remember that you're not alone!

Try mindfulness to cope with anxiety. Learn your triggers, be aware of them and you will have (more) control over your reaction to them because you will see it before you react.. You are safe, in this moment. You are loved, always. You are not alone, you have your boy and he needs you. You are not your past, don't let it control you. Be who you are, as you are. What are you depressed about? Does it matter now, in this moment? Will it matter tomorrow? Accept whatever you have been through, realize you are in control of your life and whatever you choose to do, choose happiness for both you and your boy. I have been where you are. I was depressed from age 12-23 and I was suicidal since 18-19 but self-awareness and intellectualizing (one of the mind's defense mechanisms to deal with trauma) helped me tremendously. I learned all I could about depression, about the neurochemicals and its role in depression and anxiety. You are low on dopamine, serotonin and you are not getting enough oxytocin due to loneliness and all of this leads to stress -> anxiety -> depression.. a vicious cycle but you have all the control. Love yourself, accept yourself, don't let the past shape you and take control of your mind. You are stronger than this, you are better than death and life is beautiful but...
(This is for everyone reading this comment in general) Society is garbage, it fosters narcissism and neglects love to breed hate because it makes you easier to control (for the fearmongers, the warmongers... your government. They are using your bottled emotions: resentment, sadness, anger and so on.. They give you a black sheep and that's how the US has been in three wars after World War 2 for example.. because now you have something to direct all those feelings towards, and that's how they make enemies out of friends. Soviet Russia was never a threat, they were just more advanced. Cuba was never a threat, they were just easy to take control of. Vietnam was never a threat. How did it take ~10 years to find Obama and Hussein? It was like... one day, a special forces team is walking into this house and oh! there he is? How was this location not known to them before? He had been there the entire time... they found Saddam in a hole that was dug probably hours before the raid. What has America actually done for Iraq? They just made everything 100x worse for everyone in the middle-east and what happened to the oil? Your economy? How do you still owe tens of trillions? Any other country with that kind of debt would have crashed within a year... And who do you owe? Is your president really in control or is he just easy to control? Trump couldn't be controlled, I suspect he was chosen by "The light side of the force" and vetted, made aware of the tricks of "the dark side". The same story they made up about Trump, they used against Putin (He's holed up in his office, paranoid, psychotic etc.).. The only thing about Trump I do not agree with is the wall. But I believe he wants this wall for you, the people, to accept him and praise him as a great leader rather than it being him being a racist)
(If the world used its military resources to counter threats in their own vicinity, like Mexico and its cartels... who are probably in cahoots with the rest of Latin America and Brazil's cartels... What if we used our SAS, Navy SEALS, Delta Force whatever.. against the actual threats? To do actual good, for peace? For prosperity? We don't need a military, we need less tyrants running things. About a year or two before the Russian - Ukraine conflict started in 2021, Putin said in a Chinese live interview: "We don't need to use force (military) to get what we need. We can simply trade resources and I believe in a resource based business model" not an exact quote but that's what he said. Guess what that made him? A threat to capitalism. A threat to America, a threat to NATO... A threat to the oligarchs trying to 'dethrone' him to impose a new president that will go along with their agenda. And look at the quote again.. It's like he's speaking directly to the US.)
[Quick edit] NATO is controlled by the US and is not a European alliance. We had FN/UN who were peacemakers and peacekeepers, until NATO was started. Ukraine is listening to NATO, not to Zelenskyj. All Putin wanted was two states in Ukraine, the ones closest to the Russian border... and to be able to station troops within these two states to better defend (NATO's) an enemy's only way into Russia. Remember, Russia is still Edward Snowden's sanctuary. And I believe Snowden has told Putin everything that's on Wikileaks and then some.

A lot of people say that the new music sucks, old bands were better etc. I always argue that there is just as much good music out there now, you just have to search through more crap to find it. The search is always worth it :)
