Thanks for the review, Im using the 21 model and I've been waiting to hear your thought.
Yay! Well i bought it a week ago. And my god. Such an upgrade, firm grip, amazing stability and the most plush feeling uppers. Love the speed it gives!
I´ve had mine for a month now - and I absolutely love them. I´ve had my eye on the Asics Solution FF Speed for a while ( as an upgrade to my Asics Padel Pro 4 - which has been excellent ), but ultimately went for the Lacoste, and I haven´t had a single moment of regret! They are so comfortable, very fast and great support - they felt a tiny bit stiff out of the box, but after 4-6 hours of play, they were totally broken in... feels so soft and snug on my foot , and furthermore really stylish - I´m probably gonna buy another pair of these, when mine are worn out.... currently no other shoe on the market I´d even consider over these!
Do they have good durability? I got some but im considering returning them because people have been saying they wear out easily. Thanks@@montezi73
Hi Zach, love you channel, thanks for your reviews!
Could you do a review of the artengo ts 960? (monfils shoes)
They seem to be quite good for the price...but i need your review to buy them haha
cheers from thailand!
Very good video 🤩. Can you next talk about the way of wade 808 3 and ultra 3 ?
Great review 💪🏿🧠
Hopefully you can get the new Li-Ning Bad Five Ultra those are 🔥💯
Perfect for outdoors...
(Basketball)
i thought Mizuno was bit sluggish due to extra weight, i am going to try this one as well since you are saying it is great for serve and volley and it is very fast feeling.
A love of shoes got me into basketball and this channel has me looking to get into tennis for the shoes.
Haha that’s the goal
Have to try these on. I will say Initial fit test was actually super comfortable on the “Lite” version of the. LT23’s. I own the LT-21’s so excited to hear your thoughts on the improvements!!
23 is much better in all parts. Got both of them relatively at the same time and was able to test side by side. It is not even a question which one is better.
21 is good tho but 23 is simply superior)
@@Dimone11 Have you tried the “Lite” Versions?
@@xavierm23 naahh. Never compromise on yourself. Get the best out there.
This one of the best tennis shoes i ever had! And outsole is much more durable than the expected (96 kg player). Highly recommend)🎉
Nice to hear some experience on the wear- that was the biggest question mark for me long term
Hi there, would you say that these would hold up on clay? Thanks!
@@luisumpangco8292 im not a big clay player but the pattern should offer some decent contact. But imo you better get a clay specific shoe.
But if you rly need both in one i would look for Yonex shoe. I played in both eclipsion 3 & 4 and there are half of clayish outsole. But on hard it burns faster.
Speaking of eclipsion - this Lacoste proofed to have more durable outsole then my beloved Yonex)
Looks like an amazing shoe would love a pair or two and combine one orange shoe and one green shoe
So I currently struggle with arch pain with both feet although when the pain does come in its only in one foot. I have 2E feet with my left being a more neutral arch and the right being more a low arch. I currently swap between the move game days/pros depending on if its for practice or match but typically stick to the regular gamedays. These are the shoes I have tried along with how long it took to become painful.
Asics Gel Res 9 - 10 min
Nike Vapor 11 - 15 min
Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour - 15-20 min
Nike Vapor Pro 2 - 15-20 min
Nike Vapor 9.5 - 20-25 min
Adidas Ubersonics 4.1 - 30 min
Any other suggestions on what shoe to try and would this be worth to try as well. I would also appreciate it if you could also recommend a running shoe as well. Also curiosity if we do a consultation, is there any information that we need to bring that would be of more help like scans or something along those lines?
Could you do a AG-LT23 Lite review? Love to too see what sacrifices were made to make the lighter version of this!
I like how you hit and move so much that I have to rewind 5 times to hear what you said :)
What's the cushioning like? I need some cushion and comfort as play alot on hardcourts and need to protect my knees.
These treads would they hold up on smashcourt or gravel? Or would you really need to choose the gravel version?
Would this be a good shoe with plantar fasciitis? Need high stability but hesitant to go very foam due to roll potential.. this seems stable yet high tech / low to the ground cushion.. just not sure if too performance if have suffered from plantar
Hi I'm playing on a dusty court and im a guards l need the best traction, low to the ground, sports for moves shoes that you recommend. price don't meters just a good grip on dust please 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Great review! Got me curious to try these. How do they compare to the Diadora Icon 2s? And which do you prefer?
Similar playing but these have better comfort
Hi Zach, I have narrow feet, so I usually stick to Nike's. Do you have any idea how the width compares to Nike?
This shoe might be good rock on the basketball court from there specifications.
Zach, noticed in your 2023 Shoe Guide that you did not include the AG LT 23 Ultra as a shoe you would recommend for Heavier Players (or which I am one) BUT you did recommend the Lotto Mirage 100 (another speed shoe that has - I would argue - much less cushioning than than the Lacoste having word both). You also included the Asics Court FF 3 on that list and I found that shoe to be very firm (especially in the heel). I have found the AG LT 23 Ultra - while not "plush" - to be very well cushioned IMO. Can I ask your rationale for not including the AG LT 23 Ultra while including some of these other shoes?
I am going to be playing tennis everyday so my main worry is the durability. If I am worried about durability would you recommend gel rez 9 or this?
I absolutely love these shoes for the feel on the foot, the speed, and the look. However, I get significant calf pain when wearing these and had a calf tear while wearing. Wondering if a shoe with a greater heal to toe drop would be better during rehab. What are your thoughts Dr. Zach?
I noticed calf pain when I switched to them as well. The heel to toe drop is most likely the culprit. I’m thinking I just need to get stronger legs. Because the performance is so good I don’t want to move on from them. But time will tell…
I am trying a size 9.5 and 10 right now. I feel like my TTS 9.5 fits best, however, the toe box feels low almost to the point of making it feel uncomfortable there. I don’t have this issue with the 10, but it does feel a little bit too long but not major. Will the toe box loosen up a bit after break in or should I go up half size to the 10?
To me Asics Court FF3 fits well and is a stable shoe, but I need a slightly faster shoe that still supports well. How does this sizing compare to the Asics?
Hey, comparing this against gel res 9, FF3, 2023 barricade, and cybersonic. In terms of stability, which one do you think you would recommend to prevent ankle sprain?
Gel resolution is so bulky, I feel that alone makes it more likely for an ankle sprain. These are solid shoes, I like them a lot. They did wear down faster than any Asics I've gotten so Asics has them beat for durability and longevity.
Which are more plush? Diadora Blushield Torneo or these Lacoste LT23?
Hi Zach, have u tried the lite version of this? Curious how it would be against the regular version
I have them- haven’t tried yet
I have, they had a part of the shoe that made it uncomfortable, so I stuck with the model in this video instead.
Knee pain!! Went from ASICS Res 9 to this and within one month have knee pain (mcl - maybe a grade 1 sprain/strain?). I do other sports as well (boxing, soccer, running), but only equipment change was to this shoe. I am an all court player and will scramble to get the ball. Wonder if because the outsole is so grippy (and doesn’t give/slip) could that be how I strained my knee??
How do these compare to the Adidas Cybersonic? Feel like that speed element had some parallels.
Yeah a bit the same but these have much better support and side to side stability
@@FootDoctorZach Good to know, thank you! I'll give them a try.
Coming from the Asics gel Challenger 12; these are a bit too flexible for me. I miss the rigid sole of the Asics. The LT's are comfortable, great grip and decent breathability. I feel they are thin on the balls of the feet and allows for too much twist. Have developed some some arch/heel pain since wearing these. Soles are showing signs of wear after only 4 sessions. Not all bad, just not worth $160 IMO
And if you compare their lotto raptor 100, which ones are more comfortable and more shock-absorbing?
Raptor IMO but they’re just much different shoes
Thanks
Hello i have the 2021 version which is… well the size of the shoe is the same?
Hi, really want to try these on! However, I am a big fan of hard court slider, do anyone think this suits me? ( durability doesn’t matter to me at all)
If i tried these for basketball would you say there are any cons or things to consider since this is a tennis shoe?
Four outdoors theyre great- indoors maybe not so much
Hello Zach, I just learned today from the Lacoste store that the strange name AG-LT means Agilité in French, or Agility! Everyone in every RUclips video calls them A, G, L, T.
lol that was clear as mud - good digging though!
Please review Trae 3's when they release tmrw. I need to know if I should buy em.🙏
hey Zach, normally i wear US 9 on nike vapor pro (first model), what size i should get for normal fit (not too snag not too loose) if i would try this Lacoste? just for reference i mostly play on clay.
Go up a half size 9.5. They run a half size small compared to Nike
Really want to get your opinion on the Lite version too.
I have them just haven’t hit with them yet
@@FootDoctorZach looking forward for your review and comparison.
I got these and the lite, the lite wasn’t as comfortable to me so I went with the regular and returned the lite.
what is the best shoes for forefoot players ( Basketball shoes) thankyou!!
Got my shipment in today, just deciding between sticking it out with the 10 or a 10.5.
I wear 10 in the 996v4 with no issues out of the box (I have a chonky foot just short of a 10 length wise), the 10 in this is just a bit tight out of the box but not uncomfortable or painful. Assuming they will break in fine after a bit or should I deal with the tiny bit of heel slippage in the 10.5?
In the same boat… what did you end up with? Break in?
@@carsoncutrone1048 I kept my typical size, the size 10.
Still currently wearing out my last pair of 996’s til they fall apart, so can’t comment on it further really, but I’m very confident I’m going to love the shoe.
I’ve been playing these all summer. I think they have led to Achilles/calf pain. This has only happened in the last month or so as they’ve began to wear.
I wonder is this the shoes issue or just my legs!? 😅
Correlation ≠ causation
@@FootDoctorZach apologies, I don’t know what you mean?
@@Torres913 Causation doesn't equal causation. Basically, there may be other factors relating to your Achilles/calf pain...
Do they have good durability? I got some but im considering returning them because people have been saying they wear out easily. Thanks
@@pleemd I liked them and found that they lasted well. Only reason I stopped using them was I was getting paranoid they were causing leg pains.
Would they be good for clay?
The outsole appears clay configuration.
I bought a pair, they fit like a glove but unfortunately my toes were too lose at the front of the shoe, so when I do hard turns my toes are sliding all over the place which is clearly not what you want. It’s unfortunate I had to return them bc I loved everything about them otherwise. Had the cool green ones medvedev style.
There’s ways to fix that - it’ll be in a future video
@@FootDoctorZachhey thanks I recently found your channel you present the info in such a entertaining way. Look forward to the video. Guessing it’s an insole I can buy to throw in the shoe? Curious to hear the solution
Hoping you can review the Drose Son of Chi 3 soon
is puma all pro nitro review coming?
What you think about the LeBron 21?
Could you wear these for pickleball? Great video
Stick to cleats
Yeah for sure they’re elite on that front as well
Thx for the very good video ! Is there a difference between the « Daniil Medvedev » version and the classical version ? I ve tested 4 different color of version classical ag-lt ultra 23 and it sized very bad for me, too small 10.05 or too big 11. When i ve tested the medvedev version it sized perfectly so more confortable for me. Do you have some news about that ? Thank you
Nope sounds like just bad manufacturing but I don’t know of a difference in lasts between them
I received a second daniil version in another color and it s perfect too. I confirm that in France at least the manufacturing of classical version sized very bad for each color….
Comfort deserves a 5 IMO. They need to go back to Goodyear tread to help with durability, that's the one reason I will probably not purchase a second pair.
Wanted to try them but they’re impossible to find anywhere in a 13
no wonder novak is moving so fast
Novak wears asics
These are Daniil Medvedev's signature shoe. Also a great mover and defender, especially for his height!
@@modganom Woosh!
Horrid colour.
After 2-3 months, the sole on these sneakers wore out while playing tennis on a hard court! Don’t buy!
