9.19 part a. why would 5 not be included in the isolated point ?

Well I think it was clear in the video, 5 is not an isolated point because the delta neighbourhood of 5 intersection s, is an interval made up of not a single element but infinitely many numbers. Hence 5 cannot be an isolated point
