Hello Kelly, We use hi float before and yes we have to wipe it with paper towel. But you can try Hi-shine, that's what we use now and you don't need to wipe it with paper towel. You can just spray it on the balloons (finished product) and leave it. Sorry as of this time we can't make a video of it but as I mention we just wipe it with paper towel for Hi-float. Thank you.
Hello Elaine , this are 260 balloons or 260Q balloons if the brand is Qualatex. Can be use both indoor or outdoor. But if it's too humid outside, the color will change it will oxidized, but you can use hi-shine or balloon shine (please check our Amazon store front for the product), to make it shiny, just be careful since that product makes the floor really slippery.
