      We are your slaves, we are your workers (alt.: we work for you; I'm not sure, but it will fit also)
      I don't speak russian (or any slavic language) except for a few words. These are the ones I know!

      Yes and no. He was born in Petrowitschi - which by name is not quite in the USA. But he began writing and working in the USA, after the Sovjets made his everday living impossible.
