This seems to be on par with the lounges I have access to with priority pass that I received for free with my chase sapphire reserve card. Although it being new it definitely is nicer!

MUCH better. No priority pass lounge touches this. The finishes, the food, the drinks-much higher end than the PP lounges

I have the Chase Sapphire Preferred, will I be able to use the lounge or do I need to have the Chase Sapphire Reserve?
