2:45 It is exactly 1.8 million. (600*SQRT(5))^2 = 600*600*5 = 1.8 million. You just get a lower number because you're using the sqrt(5) to 3 decimal places... Also there shouldn't be an equals sign next to VP because it's that quantity squared.
