As a demomain i dont mind the wrangler shield but i think making your sentry tankier should be balanced out with making the engineer more vulnerable. (Like being marked for death while wrangler is active) That way if you're close enough to repair you put yourself at more risk and if you are far away you get just enough time to move it back or attack the enemy. Maybe make dispensers cost less metal and deploy faster (like a mini) but add the downside that if buildings are in a certain radius of each other then you get -100% metal (to remove turtling) Finally, maybe make it so that buildings slowly repair themselves while the engineer is away. (But not fast enough to nullify damage like maybe 12hp/second after not being damaged for 8 seconds and only regen up to 60% health) That way he is encouraged to move out from his gun (making it more vulnerable to sappers) instead of just sitting behind it.
i think being marked for death is too cruel most good players that know shooting engineer first is better then destroying the sentry would make the wrangler completely useless and if this nerf gets added even people would know to shoot at the engineer i prefer the rebalance in the video

Replace Eureka effect with teleporting your Sentry. Also would raise the skill ceiling for this type of saving.

I think the wrangler resistance should be moved to engie self
