In today’s video, I will share 3 different ways to use the spotlight technique in your card making. This technique involves highlighting a portion of a stamped image. I will be using color to highlight a portion of my stamped image but there are many other ways you can highlight or “spotlight” your images.
The cards in this video feature the Breathtaking Bouquet (Stampin Up) background stamp set. However, keep in mind that you can use this technique with any stamp set. Just get creative with it.
By the end of this video you will 3 simple card ideas and some fun ways to use the spotlight technique in your card making.

Love all three cards! The black boarders looked amazing and give the cards alot of class. I don't have big stamps but I have mid. size that made do the job. Thanks so much! You can create a fun background with smaller stamp images. Then just pick an image and spotlight it. Have fun with this!
