- Watercolour painting snow. Nothing beats a snow scene , so hear is your chance to have a go at this watercolour painting with a road leading to beautiful snow covered mountains. The sun is shining so there are of plenty long shadows to add to your painting. This is a must for watercolour painters and it doesn't matter what level. My paintings are coming along good. I love to paint,it makes me so happy as I'm ill and have a lung disease. I struggle with mixing greens for like a meadow,etc. I'm never happy with my grass .
