I about died laughing how terrible this was. We had a flamboyant male cadence caller when I was in boot camp, divisions stopped to watch him sashay. We all were in step tho. His dancing days and stage drama days helped all who couldn’t March, MARCH in time.

They dont seem to have much confidence. Its not going to be the worlds finest navy for long if great lakes doesn't do a better job of getting recruits ready.
If the cadence caller wasn't trying to be Rihanna they would be in step maybe she should have been a singer instead of Navy personnel . scratch that she can't sing so she's just screwed in this world and the Navy is in trouble
