When I saw that bear, I definitely thought electric/ghost. Something about living stuffed animals, yeah? So it's fitting that it's just that little bit creepy. As for the designs though, Ignisilk is absolutely perfect for a name, knocked it out of the park there. With just a tiny bit more workshopping, I feel like that design would be 100% believable as a Game Freak official. Hell, as-is it's already a lot better than much of what they have come up with over the years!
I think it looks a little too similar to Spinarak, like a regional form or a convergent evolution species. The name is nice, but if it were a regional form it would obviously just be Spinarak and a convergent evolution from Gamefreak would likely have a similar, yet slightly changed name. (i.e. Diglett-Wiglett, Tentacool-Toedscool) I think Ignisilk would be awesome with not only a touch up, but a little bit of a revamp to switch up his style. His correct number of legs and fire butt are not enough to differentiate him.
RUclipsrs shouldn't have to explain why they're working on something slightly different that they love. Honestly, I think it's super cool that this is basically a collab between all the channels!
Its so nice to see these come to life. I’m going to be honest, the spider one I didn’t really get in the 2D art, I just didn’t get spider vibes, but now I’ve seen it in 3D I get it, the fire actually makes sense as a spider's abdomen.
I'd love to see a vid of you guys painting the other pokemon you used in the game, its really cool seeing the official pokemon in that mini painting style.
oh my gosh, Cubloom is a LOT more threatening up close!! What a good little goober!! I also find it really endearing that Jenn's Lottieleap is huge. He absolutely has the jumbo mark! I've always been a mega fan of the roleplay, AND of Pokemon, but Im unbiased in saying that if you're considering watching something, give this a shot. It felt just like starting a new save for the first time! Seeing the sneakiest of peaks of Aron in the video filled my heart. The best boy
They all look so awesome! I love how well the bear and numbat came out especially. Bear is just right at that point where its hard to decide if it is more cute or more threatening; and I love the very Aussie feel to the numbat one being based off one if our natives and having the muted and earthy tones in its palette. Do they all have names? I heard you call the spider Ignisilk which is very clever but didn't catch names for the other guys.
Hey Murray, Dave, Jazza and Jen I have a challenge/experiment for you guys, you being very talented miniature painters this should be easy. My challenge : pick up a classic kind of Airfix or Revell military model of either 1/72 or 1/48 scale and make something that instead of being a nice artistic interpretation of a thing to make it as photo realistic as humanly possible. It seems to me that many a hobbyists are under the notion that photo realism is unattainable yet the classic modelists have been doing it for decades as what drew me personally into Warhammer 40k for example was my humble classic kind of modeling hobby, and while everything is fine and dandy with being super artsy and solving everything in almost van gogh-ish surreal contrasts overlorded by the color wheel and non metallic metal techniques
Wonderfull video. Just one question. Why did you not use tiny light bulb but build your own? I gues something like Barthelme 00580620 would be small enought
Very nicely done. Congratulations. Jenn yours is not too big and not too small but just the right size😁.( I know that fits more of the light bulb teddy bear). Great job one and all.
This is a lovely video, and even if all you care about is the grimdark, this is an excellent tutorial on how anyone, of any skill level, can make their own minis!
My brain is broken, that bear looks like it pogging. I fucking love pokemon. You gotta make some evolutions for these starters. Murrays is my favourite.
Pokémon are tools. If you want to become a Pokémon master catch ‘‘em all. Become as one and understanding is better than independence, without no clue of recognition to survive from natural hazardous elements.
If I could I’d catch Murray in a ball and take him home 😘😂
Oh myyy....
This needs to remain the top comment.
Legendary
Never let this man come into possession of a pokèball. I don’t think he can be trusted.
@@Northstar1101 not around Murray

They are sooo cute!
Each time you sculpt something, I forget how tiny it all is until a finger enters the frame!
RUclipsrs shouldn't have to explain why they're working on something slightly different that they love. Honestly, I think it's super cool that this is basically a collab between all the channels!
I love the different materials used to make these.
Already looking forward to see the evolutions
I love how you guys sculpted them! Im excited to follow the role-playing videos!!!!!
Love watching all the collab videos across channel and loved the first episode of the role play!
The bear will haunt my dreams, truly a horrific amalgam of flesh and machine.
This is super awesome! I loved learning about sculpting minis with you all.

Murry's is my favourite. It looks like it could be a real animal.
The numbat is my fave, though tbh all spiders deserve a trial by fire 😂

That fricking bear is nightmare fuel. Beutigull.
The teddy had a pretty funny pog face going on for a good while there xD
Wonderfull video. Just one question. Why did you not use tiny light bulb but build your own? I gues something like Barthelme 00580620 would be small enought
1. I want that bear i agree with others it seems like a cool idea for an electric ghost
B. I really hope you all do evolutions down the line
The fire and grass starters would be my choices
What a fun collab!!
Out of curiosity, would making a yellow resin have worked as well for the bear's head? That was the direction I thought you were gonna go.
Very nicely done. Congratulations. Jenn yours is not too big and not too small but just the right size😁.( I know that fits more of the light bulb teddy bear). Great job one and all.
what type of paint is best for painting miniatures?
Just watched Jazza’s latest and this project is so awesome ! 👏🏻👏🏻

As for trainers you go up against, you should let AI choose 2 types and pick from that pool.
Please make more tutorials
Jenn’s is just an alpha
