    I love the jumping high 5 at the end.
    You're going to need some heavier ankle weights or start doubling up, you've got no more room on your leg.
    I don't know if it's your long arms, or if your mobility is just way better than mine, but man you can drive that elbow high on the kroc rows. Even 175 looked snappy.
    The hyper extension on strict press irritates my back too, it's one reason I like the pushpress, I can get the weight to the top a lot faster instead of grinding hard in that position. The repscat 185 looked really good though. Darn good for being on the final day of a cut.

      @@buildingdadbod2.0 those knee raises I go up to 30 inside with 2 more 5lbers. Really prefer the heavier DB outside with the strap but need more sessions between to get stronger at those again haha.
      I’m glad to hear about the kroc rows because I’ve been meaning to ask you how the height looks on them.
      I forgot to mention but last year at the end of my cut , granted I was mainly just doing dips, my press was 17lbs < bodyweight with a close miss at 12lbs bodyweight. Cuz man my PR 10 rep I’m trying to reclaim is farrrr away 😅
      I never really thought about that with the push press but you are exactly right , if there’s a grind on those it’s usually at the very end of the rep and the back isn’t as hyperextended. I’ve had them running through my mind about an option to return and that makes sense as to why even though heavier it might be easier on lower back in that sense .
