After listening to it 10 times since it came out, I have come to the conclusion that I like Jawaab-e-Shikwa more. The poetry neends no mentioning. It’s powerful, emotional and beautiful, and directs us to one final fact - that despite everything in life, we MUST ALWAYS remain thankful and faithful to the Almighty and stay on His path. Because He is the one - the giver, the nurturer and the saviour. Btw, a very happy Independence Day to Pakistan in advance.

سپر = ڈھال
شمشیر = تلوار
کچھ الفاظ کے معنی ان کے لیے جنہیں ان کا مطلب سمجھ نہ آیا ہو

These lyrics are taken from Two of the most famous poems of Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal Called Shikwa and Jawab-e-Shikwa; Shikwa means "Complaint" and Jawab-e-Shikwa means "Response to a complaint".
